Pros

Recommended by my son's pediatrician. I am prone to anemia that about once a year ends in an infusion. My 87 year old mom is low iron and borderline anemic so this is a must every day.

Cons

There is such a thing as overdosing on b-vitamins. Can't seem to get through this bottle. If you can choke it down it works well, but it makes me gag and very nauseous each time.
