These have a good outside flavor, and go down easy-peasy. It's easy to * & i like that it's not a solid capsule.

Cons

This product makes a person constipated really really bad. Right hand and wrist are swelled now from ferocious scratching. In actuality, their recommended dose is over 8300% of dv, not 3300% like their label said!
