Pros

The tub it comes in is great. The creatine is really good, but this one is top notch. Best priced creatine. Good size and lasts for awhile.

I typically workout 5 days a week doing some kind of shaun t workout whether it is insanity max 30, t25, or regular insanity. I use creatine on my preworkout coffee and my post workout protein smoothie. Great gains in gym with this product.

Scoop and dunk straight in the mouth and wash it down with your choice of beverage. While the feeling of being thirsty * it is easily remedied by always having a full water bottle by your side.

Cons

I am fairly sure it was the creatine that caused this, currently i am not inclined to try another dose to test. Not a creapure product and amazon keeps deleting my review on this product.
