This is my first time ordering a nordic by nature product and i am very satisfied with the quality
I have only had it for about a month so i can not speak to its durability but it seems like a well made well stitched together product
For cold i wrap a small rectangular freezer pack in a cloth napkin and place it flat on top of the sandwich case in the bottom with the 16
Packaging/appearance
They not only sent me the water bottle holder but threw in the the sandwich and snack bags as a gift for my troubles
It remains cool even then but not fully cold like when it is inside the bag by the freezer pack

Even when temps are at their highestlowest for our area my husband says the hot foods remain very hot and the cold stays cold not just cool
