    I was a bit annoyed with insteon because my old hub which was only 2 years old burned out and i had to buy a new one

    Then when i tried to hook up my camera i was told it was the older sd model and they did not provide phone support for it any more but they would email instructions i needed to change a port setting on the router or so they told me

    It takes a while to set up and i had to phone and chat with customer service to fix a hiccup during setup
