Bought a set of 4 for a condo. Placed them under kitchen sink, bathroom sink, dishwasher. Easy to use, even for tech dummies.
Cons
Would not work after that. Very poor quality.

The only problem is that someone has to be home to hear it but then you can get that by paying a whole lot more money

They certainly dont make 120db noise but theyre loud enough that everyone will hear them if they sound

Theyre also very sensitive they sound if i just touch the 2 metal part with my finger
