Product was purchased to alert of abnormal water height in sump pump enclosure. One for the washer, water heater and dish washer. Purchase this item as an alarm for bathtub.
Worth every penny. Good bargain for the price. Never seen one like this before. Awesome product and awesome price.
Alarm installed as part of the cleanup process. Easy to install. Helps pca staff do this for me.

Two probes stick out of the side and dont make ground contact they have to be stood on end to be in contact with the ground otherwise the water may go far and wide before the sensor even notices it

It would need to be at least an eighth inch to a quarter inch of water before the probe made water contact if laid on its side

So it needs to be awkwardly taped standing on end
