Pros

The bot does a great job of getting around next to pool walls and into corners. Since it runs on solar and battery it also runs 24/7.

It runs itself without my intervention more than once every few days. It's virtually maintenance free, other than the occasional dumping and cleaning of the basket. The picture is of the (neglected) skimmer basket after a windy couple of days.

Underwater bumper keeps the betta from getting stuck on a shallow step. This net catches most of it before it sinks.

Wow, it kicks *! Very impressed. This thing is awesome.

It's like a rumba for the pool water line. Most of the others use 1 or 2 paddles for both debris capture and locomotion.

Cons

It seems to have a built in flaw. After some time the propellers stop turning and the battery goes dead. Now it just floats on the pool. The motors that spin the propeller are not good.
