Pros

This does an exceptional job. Long probe makes it easy to read temperatures without burning yourself or having hot oil splash on you. Simple, cheap and easy to use.

The thermometer comes with a detachable that plugs into the thermometer. It also comes with an extender which i haven't tested out, yet. It is compact so will fit in a drawer or the magnet holds it to the range hood.

This tool works great replacing that old thermometer. All in all, a good tool for the price. Highly recommend it.

It is very well priced for the quality. It is also very reasonably priced. If you register the product on the website, you get a 1 year warranty.

The only con is that everyone will think your you're a bbq god. This is my first time buying a food thermometer- and it is way better than continuously slicing my steak to see if it’s cooked through! No more undercooked chicken or steak.

Cons

When it's sunny it's useless to use. No way to contact seller seems available.
