Pros
They made a bulletproof product that doesn't need replacing. Never had an issue. The size is perfect for a family of 4. Lasted 4 years.
Cons
Good idea, flawed in manufacture. Upgrade, faulty product. There was no on off. Don't know what to do at this point, really discouraged.
The burn sensor is also shockingly sensitive. I have to manually seal it. The big cap always leak pressure and steam. When you do select one of the generically named temperature settings, like high or low, you don't see what it actually is.
The description and pictures are deceiving. Off to goodwill. Just a piece of junk.

I am replacing my first instant pot the lid fell off of counter and broke plastic on inside and they don’t make replacement for it

Most recipes take at most an hour or so and much of the time is spent with the pot itself doing the work

There are a ton of recipes online and you can make things id never have guessed were possible with just a pressure cooker

I have only one single complaint and that is the default insert pot that comes with the unit is difficult to clean and stuff gets stuck to it very easily

That being said there are alternatives such as ceramic coated inserts and the like which claim to solve this issue that i will probably try
