It is always helpful to have a chart to access quickly for cooking on the instantpot
My only questions is if the varying psi numbers is a reference to the high and low pressure setting on the instapot

As an instapot owner i thought this was handy
You normally only cut on one side of a cutting board so why not make the other side a reference for your instapot
