If you are a low carb eater who wants to use an electric pressure cooker--you need this cookbook! The photography is great, and overall it just feels like a good quality cookbook.

I am soooooo new to keto, and this book has been a huge help! The recipes in this book are easy to make and very keto friendly. Great for people in a keto rut.
