Pros

All the recipes look terrific w/ great ingredients. I’m a vegan and don’t do soy or fake meats, but i can make an easy faux tofu using chickpeas (google it) & other substitutes for soyl easily in these recipes.

Someone that bases their beliefs on a disgraced and retracted study from like 8 years ago is a person that lives in a fantasy world of their own bias. The recipes are full of weird ingredients. That was not mentioned anywhere in the product “bio”.
