Pros

The food is soo good. My picky boys and super picky hubby eat the meals i prepare out of it.

She adds information on how she handles lazy days which is great. Brittany is a straight up genius in my book.

The recipes in the book are a game changer. This book encourages a gradual change in how you think about and eat food.

This cookbook also has 4 weeks of meal plans included as well. My favorite thing is the weekly meal planner and price breakdown.

This is a great guide to an actual doable and sustainable way of eating. Our dishes are now easier to clean as they rinse off so easily.

Cons

Many recipes are very bland. Substitute regular flour is not recommended. A ton of these items are not low calorie.
