Always neater, safer, quicker than tinning ends of wires. The connector fit well in my barrier strip. The insulated thickness and the sheer forks are perfect for all my electronic apparatus. Well made narrow * terminal.

The blue vinyl plastic whatever it is will melt and does melt a bit when soldering

Be sure to strip enough wire to extend to the main body of the connector as the metal body does not extend very far into the plastic
