Pros
The textured black plastic blends in well with other oem items. One side has a slightly patched side, while the other is smooth, and shiny.
A true 1/8 sheet of abs. Feels very sturdy and dense. Very durable, stiff, and easy to work with. I am very happy with the sturdiness and value of it.
Cons

Not protected by any plastic, film, or paper sheeting for shipping. I encounter the same problem on two different thicknesses so it doesn't seem like it was a fluke.

We needed smaller hole for a new depth finder this was easy to cut one side is shiny and other side is matt finish

Beware however that the panel i received was slightly under 12 inches

This was not an issue for me but if you need the full 12 inches for whatever you are working on you may need to buy a size up or look for a different brand
