Pros

This is the best stuff i have ever used. Hope it keeps up.

It is a bit pricey but i will tell any arthritic suffer get it. Tried many otc creams, pills, lotions. Amazon seller pricing is a little high as i bought my last bottle from walgreens for $29.

Cons

The studies cited are on individual ingredients that instaflex uses, not on the product itself. After taking the capsules for 7 days my knee pain and stiffness is still there. Looks like predisone knee injection required afterall.

Wasted my money. Will go back to the tv company and order. Another $60 down the drain.
