Pros

Fm tuner pulls in stations very well with minimal selectivity issues. Sound is excellent for the money/size/device type. It is definitely stereo. Highs are clear and lows have bass without distortion.

Customer service is superb. The seller got noticed of the failure and replaced quickly and without cost. I'm very pleased with their customer service person who helped me.

It's a little dark in a bright room, but when the lights are off i can look over and see the time without fumbling with the clock. The display is large and easy to see across the room with adjustable brightness.

I like the footprint of this device. The manual isn't the greatest, but things are easy to figure out.

The instabox has everything you need for a thing next to ur bed. I like that when the alarm goes off the sound gradually increases and the loudness doesn’t automatically wake you up.

Cons

Tiny lettering in instructions. Not at all intuitive to program. Rubber coating feels like it will wear out.

Radio randomly comes on for a fraction of a second when using the wireless charger. It constantly drops the bluetooth (6 inches away) and reconnects with a very loud chime. The real deal breaker is the random burps of radio.
