Everyone who's ever slept on it says it's comfortable. Takes up the floor space of a queen sized mattress and unfolds and retracts automagically.

This is awesome! Zero complaints. Works as advertised. It stays at a consistent fitness all night.

For a travel bed its packages up nicely not over heavy and the inflation and deflation are quick. Use it to convert our home office into a guest bedroom from time to time. It's a breeze to inflate/deflate and the never flat pump is so quiet!

The insta-bed is a great concept but inferior to competition in many ways. The grooves on the top of the mattress are so uncomfortable to sleep on even with a padded mattress cover. It simply is not well made/faulty which is extremely disappointing.

I sincerely hope amazon, or this company will replace this defective product, or at a minimum provide a refund so i can purchase a competitors product. Quit scamming the public.

The answer is as expected -- and yet still very disappointing. Frustrated and disappointed. What a sham.
