Pros & Cons
Pros
This is an excellent product because it is flexible (not rigid plastic as in the nhs type version) the variety of sizes and the curved shape make it a very good practice for those who need to strengthen / work out their muscles down beneath.
The only thing i would question is that on the packaging these are stated as a * toy and not for medical use. After years of * shrinking and tightness, this is now beyond my wildest hopes! Anyone with scarring/ v. V. Should get these.
Cons
They're too long, pokey and too curved. No * is narrow at the top so it made it impossible to transition from the largest one to an actual *.

My nhs physiotherapist offered me a set of dilators for free but they were the hard plastic kind and she told me that these ones would be better as theyre a more natural shape and texturethe taper and the flexibility of the material theyre made from is so much more comfortable to use and struggling with something thats hard and blunt when youre already in pain is not really going to help
