Pros
Insinkerator baffle works great. This one drains a lot faster and was exactly what i was looking for.
Easy to install. This popped in easily & fits like a glove. Cutting the flaps defeats that down-force on the insert.
Cons
Only purchase based on garbage disposal model. Google the model number rsb-00 and other websites have the correct description of this products size. Don't these idiots test their products?

I am very happy with this product
It can be removed so easily for cleaning and the water drains quickly it helps with the disposal noise quiet
The water does not drain unless i manually open the rubber baffle that came with the disposal
My new insinkerator came with the one shown first on amazon and in my opinion does not work well

There are no negatives other than the price is just a bit high but otherwise it’s perfect

The default one sucks this thing makes a whole lot of difference insinkenator should start shipping these by default

It is so much quieter and water flows easily right down the drain
Always had to take a spoon or spatula to poke the food into the disposer so water would also drain
This baffle lets water and food go right down the drain rather than allowing pooling like others
Thought i had a drain clog or venting issue but like many others here it was the insinkerator pro evolution splash guard design

The center hole is larger than some others i have purchased and this allows the water to drain quicker and it does not back up in the sink

I had purchased one previously i think at ace hardware and although it fit into the space alright the rubber was so rigid food wouldnt even go down into the disposal unless i lifted it out every time to put scraps in

Our insinkerator disposer came with the noisereducing baffle which did make it less noisy but also made the sink drain very slowly and food had to be pushed constantly down the drain

By far the most difficult part was getting the new splash guard out of its original packing and that took a pair of scissors and no more than thirty seconds or so
