Pros

The faucet part is still like new! It is worth every penny! It has a temp control when setting the temp you would like. To buy this tank unit, without the spout, is about $100-150.

Cons

Faucet fails before the heating unit, every one i've had. The faucets are good for about 3 years or so (maybe less) then start to leak. Buy one with a toggle or something different.

All this does is waster more hot water. At the moment not worth ripping it all out to return it. I'm not sure how this hot water heater will work.

Insinkerator doesn't sell replacement parts. They give you a one year warranty, and after that, they think it's a consumable product. The failure is that the tank leaks a bit of water eventually connecting the heating element to the metal case causing... Read More
