Pros

Worked flawlessly. Terrific product. I hope it works as long as the first one i had that lasted over 15 years.

The product is easy to install the hard part is taking the old one out. The new one was installed quickly, it works perfectly, and i am sending the defective one back.

Cons

Do not buy this product or anything from this dishonest vendor. They are not compatible with each other using what comes in the box.

This is the third one and they all failed after 6 mos. Had to disconnect unit faucet to replace granite top and is not under warranty. It's rare for the heating element to last more than one year, and you need to replace the entire expensive unit.

It wasnt as inexpensive as the first one but it was an ok price

Lowes packaging meant i had to buy two connectors to obtain the one i needed
