It's amazing that ise stays in business with their shoddy products. What a piece of junk. Shameful, pitiful companies doing this to us.
Sst fltr has a built in clock that causes it to fail just when the warranty expires. Neither the drip or mineral damage were covered by the warranty. There is a seal in the tank that will eventually leak, and no, you can't buy a new seal.
The threaded tubing for the nicer hot-cold models is too short to install. There's a long #12 threaded stud sticking down about six inches that i'm supposed to push a metal plate thing up onto followed by the #12 nut they provide. No way to swing a sc... Read More

Both are hooked up to water filtration while the main faucet is not

Water heater tanks tend to last just up to 10 years before they fail im at the tail end of my second one which is still installed
