Pros
New units fit perfectly to the old existing mounting system. It's noisy but for the price it's well worth it.
Cons
Having only had this unit installed for two months it is very frustrating. I have to go down under the sink and manually crank the motor.

I did find the unit very plastic had to be very careful when knock out the plastic plug with a hammer and screw drive not to break the plastic its quite brittle just be careful and all is ok

Warning if you have dishwasher hookup make sure to knock out the plug in this unit before installing or your dishwasher cannot drain

The 13 yr old rusted leaking 444 looks wider than the new one

The old 444 had a foam and plastic shell but underneath was the same size as the new one
