I like and enjoy this product it provides an easy way to drink loose leave tea
Clean up and assembling with fresh leaves is pretty quick though since the infuser is at the bottom i highly suggest drinking your tea quickly or itll oversteepalso put your sleeve on before you put the hot water in i cant say the number of times so far ive wrestled with a hot bottle trying to get the sleeve onto the bottom c i hurt my thumb
They have the most amazing customer service that i have experienced in years
