Ive been wearing inov8 flite trainers loyally since day 1 and i am so happy i went with my gut and bought their lifters

I wear size 8 in inov8 flite 195 and 215 and these lifters fit true to size

I have attached photos and one shows a comparison of these shoes with a pair of nike metcon 4’s size 8

I found it great for square deadlifts etc
