Pros

Laces are a tad long, but if that's a deal breaker maybe you didn't want new shoes in the first place. They're also surprising grippy, and warmer than i expected.

Highly recommend for weight training, light cardio, etc. Use them for general home workouts and rowing machine. Great for towing with no drop and not too much cushion.

They're an awesome gym shoe, and i'd recommend them to someone looking to get i to minimalist shoes. The only other shoe brand in this “barefoot” category i have experience with is xero.

Cons

Does not compare to new balance or merrell minimalist shoes. Runs very narrow. Not recommended for wider feet.

I love inov8 and i have yet to be disappointed

With the sizing problems and insole slipping around i suspect supply problems forced them to work with other manufacturers

Since they seem very thin on the quality but only time will tell how long they will last

It grabs pretty good to the floor i am doing floor exercises with them gymnastics

This is my second pair after having my first pair of inov8 barefoot shoes for 4 years

So i have a hard time finding shoes i’ve tired nike addias altras brooks sauconys etc
