Pros
The inov-8 are surprising good laterally and they are thin soled but not to the point where it hurts all day. These shoes are great for lifting. They're an awesome gym shoe, and i'd recommend them to someone looking to get i to minimalist shoes.
They fit exactly as i need them to after using their sizing chart. These are a massive step up from the converse i lifted in during college. They're also surprising grippy, and warmer than i expected.

This is my second pair after having my first pair of inov8 barefoot shoes for 4 years
Ive been wearing inov8 shoes for the past 15 years and this model fits accordingly to their other shoes
So i have a hard time finding shoes i’ve tired nike addias altras brooks sauconys etc

First thing i would advise against is ordering down a size like what a lot of people like to advise doing on amazon

Hard surfaces arent as fun as soft ones

I wore them for a 6hr shift at my part time job just to see if its doable and it is but it wasnt luxurious standing on concrete
