First set were half a size up and came up too small in the length so i returned for a full size up

Great shoes lovely fit but the combination of narrow heel foorprint tall tread and lightly reinforced uppers resulted in appalling pronation on the right foot to the point where the shoes were wrecked

Although its early days i think the extra support in the trailrocs heel area and albeit lightly supported miduppers will avoid a repeat of this

The shoe also runs quite flat there is not the spring you get from some trainers
