Pros

It takes a bit of work to get the negative to stay in the provided holder, which you feed through the device. Works with slides or negatives.

The dci 1800 and 3600 scan quality is outstanding. The scanner is fairly foolproof. It is slower to use than the muchmore expensive types with a stacker function, but i found i wanted to tinker with the photos as i scanned them, anyway.

Cons

If areas of the picture are over exposed during the conversion the information is lost and not recoverable. Innovations also needs to show the requirements for the computer - cpu speed,ram memory etc.

Soft, with no ability to refine the focus. This product is junk.

The auto adjust color exposure is shotty at best. Light is not consistent across the glass, creating a brightness gradient from one side to the other.
