Pros
Average temp is 26c for all cores with a low temp of 24c - so very consistent and even. The 5800x idles around 45c and reaches 65c while gaming at 1440p ultra. Now the cpu is at 100% frequency and not throttling.
Really impressed with this pad. They work incredibly well. Seems to work as described. It works just as described and intended!
Cons
my pc is near 100 degrees. You are better off with thermal paste since the directions suggest you use thermal paste as well. Grease is cheap.
When the pictures are displayed for people to see, they're displayed in the wrong order. This is why in the picture before, i highlighted the text, because the original red text is hard to see. Would not recommend it to anyone.

And this helps me to save time and not have to worry about overdoing it with the paste
With the new set up under load gaming temps never get above 60 and hover around 55 degrees
Unless youre not going to move the part with the actual gpu that has this thermal pad will be placed on it otherwise it will slide around

Not as good performance as paste its about 5 degrees hotter than quality paste

Im using them on a 2010 macbookpro and 2009 imac
I bought this for my 7700k with an h100i v2 cooler non delid at 5
I upgraded my system to include a ryzen 5 5600x and mounting this thermal graphite was way too easy
During one hour in cinebench r23 the 5800x never crossed 80c with a measly mid range coolermaster air cooler

The image is an idea of the irl temps you can expect this is the temp result i got loading and playing games in both world of tanks and world of warships wargaming max was 27c but in game temp was a nominal 21c and after game desktop idle was at 7c and eventually cooled down to 3c with all fans operating at an avg of 75 with an ambient of 60f

In summary the difference between all of these cooling solutions fall within a 4 ratio of each other or a nominal few degrees of each other in performance
