Pros
It is extremely quiet and does not vibrate or hum. This unit meets my needs. It is quiet and the lighting makes a nice addition to my home office.
It has a nice adjustable steam and i love the light feature. There are two choices for the amount of mist, which comes out evenly from the top of the machine. It runs quietly and having the options of timers 1,2,3 hours is a nice feature.
It fits perfect on my night stand and is very attractive. Super pretty, large tank, and powerful.
Cons
Did not last, it no longer diffuses steam. It beeps randomly when plugged in, but doesn't mist.
Am totally disappointed at the lousy quality. Believe the negative reviews. All 3 are junk.

You can also simply choose the 34on34 button to run it but there is no off button so we have to unplug it if we use that without choosing an amount of time

I was coughing up gunk and had a lot of sinus drainage

One thing that i notice is that if you add water up to the fill line it gets a slower start and doesnt seem to steam for a while
