This skiver is outstanding! You just have to remove 1 snap washer off the top of the angle adjust. Wanted to use it for skiving down lining for handbags and turned edges. I use this to skive some of the lace and it’s very easy to use and works clean.

Oh i almost forgot when you install one of the rollers work it in until it spins freely that was the last step to improving this skiver

This unit was missing a screw when i received it but that wasnt a significant problem

The washer was in the box but didnt fit on the bolt

Unscrewed the blade holder and installed a blade

The hole in the blade that the screw goes through is at a slightly different angle than the hole in the blade holder
