The thermocouple is very low quality, failing and in some cases causing a thermal runaway and damaging the system it was controlling. I am disappointed in the quality of these items.

The solid state relay did not come with a heat sink and i strongly recommend one with a fan to cool it

Also the temperature sensor may not be correct for your application it is a screw in type and the device works in degrees centigrade only
