Hard to justify spending more on a brand name

As my ink started to decrease the image color tone changed but that was due mostly to running out of a specific color that was the primary color for my images

If you do basic printing this is a great product but if you do complex projects id look elsewhere

Initial review the magenta powder pretty much exploded over the entire inside of the printer ruining everything

Yes it was a good buy i think but my only complaint was i wish they put some tape around the package so it didnt come apart when delivered to my door yes i would buy it again if they protect their package a little better as we can see in these attached pictures there is no single piece of tape anywhere on the package

Printer shows no toner blue even after new ink esale was inserted

Lisa from the company followed up and gave us relatively poor instructions to reset but that didnt work
