This product has the correct wavelenths 880 if and 640 red i wrote the company and they are very responsive saying the total power is 1

This is typical for a device like this more powerful devices use led lasers and are pulsed also much more expensive if you use it for 15 minutes you are getting a total of over 20 joulescm2

I have found you want to use it on exposed skin as it isnt as effective through clothes

The day these arrived my hips were really hurting so i put it on them right away and it seemed that within 5 minutes they stopped hurting

I think that the cord is long enough though i wish it were longer yet and i with they had put the switch closer to the unit i have to yank the cord up to reach it and it is always caught on something on the way up
