My brookstone uastro was a nice chair but compared to the features on this one cannot even come close in comparison

Initially my experience with brookstone was horrendous

It took 26 phone numbers to finally reach someone to come and fix the chair after the delivery people broke the second chair and even then i had to yell and scream to get anyone to get to my house to fix it
