My only qualm with it is that the corner is not well secured when it is closed so the screen cover has the potential to one off in a bind

The flap that covers the screen is thicker and more protective than another brand i had tried before this one

We have dropped it a couple times usually by placing the tablet in the stand position on an uneven surface couch arm maybe 1824 inches off the ground

Neither the case or the tablet has shown any damage although the case did pop off the first time
