Pros

The flip phone has phrases in english and spanish. Its a good flip phone toy. My 18 month old is obsessed with talking to anyone on the phone.

It's the perfect size for him to naw on right not too - just small enough to put in his mouth haha. Haha. Grand boy is 10 mos.

Cons

The screen is really flimsy and reflective. Like globs of it on the package.

Software is not complex and it does not work properly. Sometimes the music plays fully and sometimes stops abruptly. Tried battery change and everything but no luck.

The cell phone service is just horrendous. The phone internally is absolutely terrible. This phone is really cheaply made and should be on the recall list.
