Pros

It is smooth and creamy, rich and indulgent, and doesn't need anything else. Since i like mine a bit more milking, i personally like to add extra milk as well. Serviceable hot chocolate for k-cupping.

Cons

If you're one of those people who dislikes the fake sugar aftertaste, this product is not for you. Has a bizarre aftert taste, like an artificial marshmallow. Will not be buying again.

So i would puncture the kcup lid and pour the mix into the mug i was going to use and then ran the keurig for hot water

It truly is a treat and definitely worth the higher price tag than the other brands

And i have tried many many brands
