If the adapter cables connectors were the exact opposite it would be a direct swap

On the adapter cable the bladespade connectors should be female and the bullet molex connectors should be male to be a direct swap

I bought mine from grainger instead of here because i could get it in 1 day instead of the 5 days that amazon predicted but its the same part number and this one is about 23 of what i payed

Product did not include the kit that has gasket and rubber connector i cannot install motor without these parts
