Installed it with my handyman an electrician by trade it was straight forward

One blade required two weights and quite a bit of moving them around to get it almost perfect without wobble which means that they could do a bit better job manufacturing the blades

I painted the visible parts matte white as they didnt offer that color and we wanted it to stick out less infront of the background white ceiling
