Pros

It's great for adding a stability/core workout to pushups, setups, curls, etc. It's fun to do a cross step to “nose ride” like a surfer. You can also do modified planks using a plank and a curl.

Even if it's just 10 minutes here and there playing and doing squats while on the roller, it's great to have around. It's extremely sturdy and has put up with a ton of *.

Great buy, everyone enjoy trying this out. No regrets.

Big hit for my 8&11 year old grandsons. My fiance loves his board. It's my fit husband's new favorite toy.

The art on the board is just as vibrant as the pictures. The doodles design is also beautiful. The artwork on it is great and he loves using it.

Cons

Did not come with the cushion as advertised in the product. Several chips in the painted graphics on the top surface, actual gouges in the wood. This requires surgery.

A little expensive its true but the quality is amazing and its still cheaper here on amazon than market value

Wish it came with a work out video but the dvd is more informational and really bad quality almost comedic

Then instead of the original indo board id go with the indo board rocker for faster rolling and more rotation
