Pros
Best feature is that it can be used as both a blower and vacuum. Easily vacuumed a quarter to a half-inch of dust off of fan screens and heatsinks. This i just carry with me in my tool back and it fills a bag and the bags can be emptied and re-used!
Cons
Fails miserably. It is louder than a jet and high pitched enough to give you a headache.

They are not meant for heavy vacuuming as the bags are very small

Its a bit pricey for a mini vac but then you are paying more for the special attachments that can get into data ports and brushsuck away the dust that is layering your intake fans
