Good for small floor exercises like situps and planks etc. It is incredibly stable for gripping your forearms as you hold a plank position. There are some exercises where i could use a firmer foundation, but that doesn't make this mat any less good.

The material is an honest to goodness 1 thick and does wiggle if you stand on it. The carrying strap is convenient & elastic so the ends encase the mat really well. It was rolled up and delivered in a strong sturdy box without damage.

This mat really fills the bill. Exceeded my expectations. Will def order more in the future when needed.

While the mat is thick and comfortable for floor exercises, it is not at all durable. Also the color is not like the picture, it’s way darker. Absolutely terrible for yoga.

After 8 days of it out of the box, it still has a terrible chemical odor. Will ask amazon anyway when your order arrives damaged. It's now october 1, 2019 and i still haven't received my free jump rope.
