The back and sides of the phone are protected with cut outs on the top side and bottom of the phone for easy access to all the ports and phone controls

The four corners on the front of the case are raised a bit so when the phone is placed face down the screen does not touch a flat surface

It adds a nice touch for minor falls as the edge protrudes just beyond the phone to give it a little extra protection

I didnt give it 5 stars because the cutout at the top while not preventing to access the power button does make it a bit more difficult to use

Originally i got a spigen case but the cutout at the bottom did not allow for docking into accessories without having to remove the caseexcept for the lightning charging cable
