Pros

Backpack to rule them all. Materials seem quality and durable, with comfortable shoulder straps that are long enough for taller folks like me. The straps are very comfortable and distribute the weight well.

Tough nylon outer shell is water resistant. I'd like to see a stiffer nylon webbing used, that's wider and longer. Great design. I have been complimented on it a bunch of times.

I like that the organizer pocket inside the outer large pocket has lots of pens slots. The lack of a plastic stiffener in the back panel, where the laptop compartment is, would help the pack carry better and minimize the small amount of flex and feel ... Read More

It's actually comparable to the bigger size one. Very slim and spacious. Seems a little floppy (although does stand up).

Cons

Not for me, base on personal preference. Construction is way too rigid. Could have spent less than half the price for more space & greater durability.

Was looking a replacement icon backpack that i purchased about 3 years ago

Competitiveness

Lots of incase products have awesome color accents this pack has one pocket with a color accent

Bottom line get this backpack if you like incase products and like to carry a lot of useful items

This backpack has a few drawbacks the 360 protection padding for your laptop that other incase backpacks come with is absent in the icon

But turns out i could store more items in my previous incase compact than this one
