Build quality is okay its cheap but not to the point where you have to be delicate
Great build quality this isnt gonna break and is gonna survive being knocked off of a desk minus the drive of course

My startech usb hard disk caddy which also has an esata connector works immediately with no problems
It was a doddle to use windows 10 and very fast transfer speed
Then i tried hooking it up with a black 1tb drive to my router as a cheap nas it works

I knew that the problem wasnt hdd related so one youtube video later i managed to remove it from the stricken machine
