Pros & Cons
Pros
Plastic clips are the way to go. Putting it on (with help) was a breeze. I hope this one last at least that long, and hopeful that it will.
Cons
This is the crappiest piece of * cover i have ever received in 15 years. It's so chintzy that i doubt it will even make it to winter, let alone make it through the winter. Took two weeks and 3 emails to get a response to my complaint.
The description of the size says 3-4 overlap. It barely fits not allowing clips to be utilized and has torn at the grommets from mild september wind. Didn't cover pool with enough overhang to secure it properly with cable.
Cover is very light. The material is very thin as well. Thinner than toilet paper.
Did not last the 8 years as advertised. In the swim don't honor their warranty. They do not stand behind their product when it comes to replacing the item when defective.

Truthfully ive owned a pool for over 20 years now and covers tend to break down after two years or so although they are guaranteed longer
